Once again players representing Newcastle University Badminton Club
ventured forward to meet the challenge of intercity matches. SBA presented a
formidable task for our young and developing club. The matches were held in
Olympic park Homebush with no players from Newcastle being strong enough to
playing the open grade. On Saturday Johan made it to the semi finals in B and
John made it through to the semi finals in the Plate event losing 21 / 19 to an
up coming junior. On Sunday similar events took place with our proud
Novocastrian players entering the courts fall of hope and glory only to be
dashed against the rock of defeat just before taking the podium of victory. Some
say it was the lighting of the venue though the shuttle played a huge cause in
our down fall flying like jets from the court with our hope of bringing home
our trophies.

men doubles.

Hi, guys...It's another update of our website. Please email me or email to our mailing list about this
new version of our website. I'm still working on it to make it looks better.
Oh yea, another thing I almost forgot. I'm currently using my own account due to the

back. Also, I'll try to get our world new online if I'm not busy with my
